By using this website and purchasing fonts from Mytype Studio, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products & Digital Goods

All font products are digital goods. Descriptions, previews, and specifications are provided in good faith. We reserve the right to update or modify font products, including bug fixes, without notice.

Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed via PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree that the sale is final upon successful payment. Font files are provided immediately upon payment completion via a secure download link.

License

Each font purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the font software under the terms described on our License page. This is a license to use — not an ownership transfer of the font software.

Intellectual Property

All typefaces, font software, and related materials are the intellectual property of Mytype Studio. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the font software.

Limitation of Liability

Mytype Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our fonts.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
